Fitness Center

24/7 Free weights, Cybex circuit machines, 6 station cable machine, and complete cardiovascular section which includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stair steppers, stationary bikes, spin bikes, and rowing machine.

The Loft

24/7 New multi–purpose exercise area above the gym. This area includes posters on the walls to guide you through various workouts. The area includes fitness balls, agility ladder, hurdles, Versa-logs, heavy bag, speed bag, climbing rope, sledge hammers and tire among other things. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player with tapes to do workouts.

Gym & Room Rentals

The CRAF Center can accommodate from 20 to 300 people for your meetings, classes, training seminars, parties, receptions and most any gathering. Tables and chairs are included.

Aerobics Class

Both step and floor aerobics of Hi, Med and Lo impact.

Recreational Activities

The gym is available for youth drop in, Men’s basketball league, and Women’s volleyball league. 4-H workshops are also held at the CRAF Center. Check our activities page or follow us on Facebook for coming events, classes, and new opportunities.

Adult Enrichment Classes

Yoga, Tai Chi, Clogging and Karate.

Silver Sneakers®

Group exercise program for older adults to improve muscular strength and range of movement.

Mikenauk Rock and Gem Club

Offering membership in this club to learn gemology and jewelry making.

The Gazebo

Outdoor gathering place and the center of the Art Festival, Christmas in the Village and the site Of free musical concerts in the summer.

Personal Trainer

Our personal trainer is on site and available to our members.

North Sport Physical Therapy

Provides access to physical therapy using the fitness center and saving patrons long drives to Grayling, West Branch and Houghton Lake.

The CRAF Center is one part of the non-profit Roscommon Metropolitan Recreation Authority (RMRA). RMRA maintains a "Kids Calendar" on their website and oversees numerous other opportunities for recreation in the community including:
